Precision in Every Detail: How We Test for Quality

Each product undergoes thorough testing to meet high standards of durability and reliability.

Raw Material Thickness Testing

Using vernier calipers, the thickness of paper, fabric, and other raw materials is measured to ensure compliance with required industry standards for quality and durability.

Finished Product Strength Testing

Our tensile testing equipment assesses the strength of pouches and boxes, guaranteeing they withstand daily use without compromising structural integrity.

Color Fastness to Rubbing Testing

Both dry and wet rubbing tests are conducted 20 times each using standard white cloths, with color transfer evaluated using grey scale cards to ensure long-lasting fabric color stability.

Button Fastness Testing

Dimensions of four-hole buttons are measured with vernier calipers, visually inspected for defects, and subjected to mold pressing tests to confirm their shape retention and resistance to loosening.
